Pag-Pag is a Filipino dish where food like chicken and red meat are collected from the trash, cooked, and then eaten again. This dish is eaten daily by poor families and those living in slums because it's cheap and, they say, quite delicious. In this video, we capture the process of collecting food scraps from restaurants, collecting leftovers from the trash, and finally cooking them again for those in need.
