CBS News chief medical correspondent Dr. Jonathan LaPook reports on a "brain drain" that threatens our nation's health security. #publichealth #cdc "CBS Sunday Morning" features stories on the arts, music, nature, entertainment, sports, history, science and Americana, and highlights unique human accomplishments and achievements.
