We set three nets (mesh six, six and a half, and seven). We let them fish for a few minutes and then reeled them in to see the results. We caught a few swordfish and continued fishing throughout the day. We also caught shrimp, anchovies, whiting, squid, and other small fish. Finally, I prepared swordfish-wrapped shrimp with green onion thread, seasoned with salt, black pepper, and dried herbs. I breaded them in wheat, egg, and panco flour. It was sensational.
