Is the 12th Judicial Package, prepared by the Ministry of Justice, placing LGBT+ individuals at the center of the polarization politics created by the political power? The 12th Judicial Package attempts to criminalize the identity, freedom of expression, and association of LGBT+ individuals by framing them as contrary to biological sex and general morality. While the age for starting the gender transition process is raised to 25, transgender individuals who have children are not allowed to begin the process.
