Absolutely TERRIFYING… Poltergeist Out of CONTROL!

While not as active as usual the fact it moved something so big outside tells me its been building its energy up. Close to a week now with no activity. I hear noise on the stairs, i dont see anything there, no shadow ghosts. Then loud bangs on the back door, i go out, as i am walking back to the house the trampoline moves about 3 or 4 ft. Alexa starts, back to the sinister stuff and upstairs i come out of the bathroom and the door slams open behind me.
