An update on Velveteen ❤️

Velveteen has been home for a few nights now, and I can finally say with confidence that she’s going to be okay.This sweet girl has been through more than any dog ever should. I can’t even imagine how difficult the past few months have been for her. But what matters most is the present. Right now, she’s safe. She’s loved. She’s getting stronger every single day, and she’s surrounded by the people who are committed to helping her heal.As you can see, she still has a long road to recovery. It will take time, patience, and a whole lot of love, but we know one thing for certain: she will never have to suffer like that again.Thank you for standing by Velveteen and for surrounding her with so much love and support.
