Review of Bahria Town Phase 8 Rawalpindi - Importance & Weaknesses

It goes without saying that Bahria Town is the largest gated community in Asia. In this video, I reviewed the pros and cons of Bahria Town Phase 8 in Rawalpindi Pakistan. It is no doubt that Bahria Town Phase 8 is considered to be the largest phase of Bahria Town in Rawalpindi Islamabad. This phase has great potential in terms of investment. There is a good planning of houses and flats etc in the Bahria Town Rawalpindi. Development of work is going on as lots of commercial projects have been launched in this phase. Such as shopping malls and many other commercial projects etc. Ring Road Rawalpindi is going to touch phase 8 in the near future if the original plan is not changed. The prices of plots are also reasonable compared to other societies in Rawalpindi Islamabad. But on the other side, there are weaknesses of Bahria Town Phase 8 as it seems to have not yielded the required services to its residents as complaints of various types including thefts are being recorded with every passing day. The management of Bahria Town needs to be fully aware of the ongoing robberies and thefts, particularly in Bahria Town Phase 8 Rawalpindi. The purpose of this video is to create awareness amongst the residents about the loopholes which I have noticed during my stay in Bahria Town Phase since July 2015.
