Microwave in 30 second intervals , stirring between each until bark is completely melted and smooth Stir in sweetened condensed Rand lemon pudding mix until everything is well combined. Pour fudge mix into prepared pan, spreading it evenly . Gently shake the pan or use a spatula to smooth the top. Refrigerate fudge for at least 2 hours or until firm . Once set , lift fudge out of pan using parchment paper or foil .
