I was amazed at how easily the Expo 2015 lever machine was to use and how great the coffee tasted from it! Truly beautiful to observe and experience and I love that La Pavoni continues to refine and produce manual espresso machines when the rest of the world is going in the opposite direction (See Breville Barista Express Impress). So when I got a chance to catch up with the La Pavoni guys again at the Melbourne Coffee Expo, I wanted to not only look at the newest lines of machines coming out (video on that coming soon), but I also wanted to sink my teeth into the Lever machines. And while I was at it the La Pavoni Grinders too. I also got a sneak peek at some of the new SMEG machines coming out which seem to have been positively affected by the purchase of La Pavoni (Can't say anything more but you'll know as soon as I can reveal).
