Smoke Whole Chicken @225° until internal temp reach 130° at hour number two base the chicken every 30 Minutes with your favorite BBQ sauce. Once Chicken hits 130° internally raise pellet grill temp to 300° and smoke until it reaches an internal temp of 165°.
