Here are some most affordable neighborhoods: Southern woods is a great neighborhood South and EAST of Brentwood If you look here on the map: It’s South of Holt Road, in between Edmonson pike and Nolensville Road. This neighborhood ranges between 750 and 1 million. Currently there are 6 homes for sale. The average home is 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, about a ⅓ of an acre, built in 2003. About ½ of the homes.sold in 10 days or less. The nice thing about Southern Woods is that is if Zoned for top-rated Brentwood High School. Another key neighborhood we are looking at today: is Brentwood Chase. 6 homes have sold in Brentwood Chase the last 3 months. Average time on market: 5 days. Brentwood Chase is North and EAST of Brentwood It's close to Granbery Elementary (one of top- public schools in the area). Homes for sale: Currently 5 homes for sale priced from 650-to-845 Most were built between 2001 and 2006. Next Up: Banberry Crossing: It's east of Brentwood…off of Edmonson Pike. Banberry crossing has an HOA…there’s a community pool, playground, tennis courts and pickleball courts. Note: this neighborhood is in Davidson County. …close to Granbury elementary. Up next: Williams Grove: This is one of my favorite neighborhods….you can see driving around…what I like the most is homes are nicely spaced apart and you can get a really nice backyard! Homes here tend to fly off the shelves. Currently there are 2 homes for sale ranging from 700-to750. 10 homes have sold the last 6 months ½ of the homes sold in 5 days or less….because it’s brentwood address and relatively affordable. Prices range from 665-thousand to 1 million 200-thousand. It has a really nice community pool, tennis courts and club house! Last neighborhood: Bridgeton Park is a neighborhood is South and EAST of Brentwood. There are 3 homes for sale ranging from 859 to 899 thousand In the last year…5 homes have sold. 4 of the 5 sold in unde 8 days. As far as schools - Bridgeton Park is in the Williams County School district….feeds into Ravenwood High school. So if you are moving to Nashville and want a nice suburban neighborhood within 20 minutes to the the city of Nashville, Brentwood is a community to consider.
