Citizen-Cincom L12-VII

Introduced in 2013, the Citizen L12-VII offers a 15,000 rpm main spindle and 10,000 rpm on the sub spindle. Live tools on the gang slide are 10,000 rpm! Whenever needed, you can buy the spindles for the backworking toolpost ($1,500 each) which run at 9,000 rpm. It has 22 tools as standard including 4 cross live and is expandable up to 13 live and 27 total. The L12-VII can also be converted to a "no guide bushing machine" in 30 minutes for parts with a low length to diameter ratio. This allows you to hold tight tolerances with unground stock and have a shorter remnant as well.
