Reflexology: Subtle Holds & Rotations

Some of the most important work we do in my classes on Reflexology for Trauma and Addiction, are in what I call Subtle Holds and Rotations. For those of you who have been in my live classes, being on the receiving end of this very gentle and subtle work can be deeply relaxing (to give and receive). In this class, we will explore what this looks like and how to provide it.
