Hunter Road Force Elite BALANCING – Match Mounting on the Hunter Revolution

In this video I show my full process for balancing wheels on a Hunter Road Force® Elite balancer. This diagnostic balancer uses a load roller to simulate the tire on the road so it can find hard spots, bulges and runout that cause vibrations a normal balancer can miss. Then I take the readings from the balancer and demonstrate road force correction / match mounting on a Hunter Revolution™ tire changer, showing how rotating the tire on the rim and re-balancing can dramatically lower the road-force numbers and improve ride quality. The Revolution changer is designed to work together with Road Force match-mounting to reduce vibration and speed up a full set of tires.
