Peace to you, dear church and friends! 🕊️☀️ A recording of the live broadcast of the Sunday service of the Ukrainian Evangelical Church in Warendorf from June 14, 2026. This service was dedicated to deep reflections on the biblical nature of the Church and the paramount value of unity between believers. The service began with the glorification of our Lord and then moved on to a unique appeal from Brother Vitaliy Cherkashin entitled “Academic Rowing”. Through the image of Olympic sports, where eight rowers sit with their backs to the movement and completely trust one helmsman, he showed how important it is for the church to move synchronously after Christ and maintain the unity for which Jesus prayed so fervently in Gethsemane. 🌱🛶 In the central sermon “The Church is Not a Tradition,” Brother Igor Miroshnychenko opened the 12th chapter of the 1st Epistle to the Corinthians. We often hear the thought: “I can believe at home alone, I don’t need a church.” However, the New Testament does not know of single Christians. Igor clearly demonstrated — using the example of colored pencils — that God intentionally created us different.
