Rally Anglo Caledonian 2024 - Snowy, Rainy, Cold, Wet and fog! Damn my sock are still wet 😂 Sponsored by Roger Albert Clark rally - filling the void where the RAC would be heald this time of year. Friday 22nd November- Scrutineering! Always super good fun and the drivers are so friendly ✅ Saturday 23rd November 2024 - well what a crazy snowy freezing day to stand in a forest! This SS2 started after 11am after storm Bertie caused mayhem in the morning. Only got half of the runners before putting the phone & umbrella down to get 2 cars out of deep ditch’s - using a toe rope but couldn’t get them out. Just as I head down to see the sunbeam, car No.37 ditches! 🙈🙈! Unfortunately it was ditched fortoo long with water coming out of the exhaust… The conditions were awful and snowy which then turned to slush! Sadly had to leave as got totally drenched. Didnt stay for SS4. Enjoy…..
