Tadeusz Joteyko - Preludes, Op.7
I am really fascinated by these pieces. They are an absolute joy to play and I would call it "hidden gem" ..... But although I tried to avoid it, I have to now really comment that Chopin influence is not overheard.... last piece... Chopin 3rd piano sonata last movement intro + nocturne middle part Lento etc.. 0:00 F# major Andante 2:02 D# minor Andantino doloroso 4:22 B major Andante cantabile 5:55 G# minor Con moto 6:41 E major Allegretto scherzando 8:17 C# minor Allegro appassionato Apparently he really loves tonalities with a lot of sharps!!
