Microfluidics M815 Microfluidizer Pilot Scale Production Batch Processor

Welcome to New Life Scientific! In this video, Rich introduces the Microfluidics M815 Microfluidizer. This unit's processor has only 4 motor hours on it and a stroke counter of about 3,400. This indicates the processor has seen very little use and is in excellent condition. This Microfluidics M815 microfluidizer was manufactured in 2018 with up to 30,000 psi (2068 bar) pressure range. It's equipped with F12Y-5 75 Micron Diamond Interaction Chamber (IXC). A Q50Z 400 Micron Ceramic Auxiliary Processing Module (APM) and ceramic plunger. The Microfluidics M815 microfluidizer is also equipped with dual cylinder and plungers that keeps the pressure consistent throughout the production.
