Roberts School of Religion 2026! As we conclude an incredible week under the theme "Be Transformed" (Romans 12:2), we are honored to welcome our Moderator, Rev. Robert C. Drake, Sr., Moderator of the Central District Baptist Association, to deliver the closing message entitled, "You Got This, Because HE Got You." Drawing from Romans 12:1-2, Moderator Drake reminds us that the strength to fulfill God's calling doesn't come from our own abilities—it comes from trusting the One who has already gone before us. When we surrender our lives to Christ, allow Him to renew our minds, and commit ourselves fully to His will, we can move forward with confidence because God is holding us every step of the way. "And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind..." — Romans 12:2 (NKJV) As we bring this year's Annual Session and J.L. Roberts School of Religion to a close, we celebrate a week filled with powerful worship, transformational preaching, meaningful Christian education, and fellowship that has strengthened churches and believers across the Central District.
