САЛАТ ИЗ ЛАМИНАРИИ/Салат из морской капусты/Kelp salad/다시마채무침/Корейская_кухня

Welcome Kei-Food / Korean Food Channel Today we’ll make kelp salad (seaweed / kombu / tashima / 다시마). In Korean the salad is called 다시마 채 무침 - thinly sliced ​​kelp. We need: kelp, hot peppers, onions, garlic. For dressing: ground red pepper (고추 가루), fish sauce (액젓), soy sauce (간장), sesame oil (참기름), vinegar (식초), salt, sugar, sesame. Kelp (we have salted kelp) 2 handfuls should be washed from salt several times and soaked for 10 minutes in water (in a larger bowl, kelp will increase in volume). If you have dried kelp, then soak it for 10 minutes, and then rinse well. In the meantime, prepare the vegetables. Finely chop the onion and pepper (add pepper as you like, you can reduce the amount) and finely chop the garlic. Wash the kelp and throw it in a colander. Cut if long. Season: ground red pepper 1-2 TBsp, sugar 2 tsp, fish sauce 1-1.5 TBsp, soy sauce 1 TBsp, vinegar 1 TBsp, sesame oil 1 TBsp, garlic 1 TBsp, salt (optional) Add chopped peppers and onions, sesame seeds and mix well. Korean kelp salad is ready! Enjoy your meal!
