Critério de Routh Casos Especiais (ELT009, ELT035)
Two special cases of application of Routh's stability criterion are described: 1) when the first element of a row results in zero, and 2) when an entire row results in zero. These cases are treated separately, through two examples. In 13min, the roots +-1 are evidently REAL and not imaginary, as drawn.
