Three explosions rocked a main gas pipeline in the Kizilyurt district. Acting Head of the Republic Fyodor Shchukin reported that the incident was caused by a depressurized pipe, which then sparked a fire. The flames rose up to 15 meters in the air, but rescuers quickly contained and completely extinguished the blaze. There were no casualties, and evacuated residents have already returned to their homes. Due to the accident, some residents of Kizilyurt, the Kizilyurt, and Khasavyurt districts were temporarily left without gas. Crews are currently working to address the aftermath of the incident and restore the fuel supply.
