Chicken Potato 🌿 Ingredients List 7 large potatoes Three chicken breasts Two onions Three cloves of garlic Two green peppers Four tomatoes 3 glasses of milk 1 tablespoon of flour 1 tablespoon of butter Cheddar cheese Salt Ground pepper Chili pepper Nutmeg Preparation: Thinly slice the potatoes. Put the potatoes in the baking dish. Add the spices and olive oil. We mix the potatoes. We send it to a preheated 190 degree oven to fry. We turn the stove on. We pour oil. First, we start by chopping the onions and frying them. Finely dice the chicken breast. We take them in the pan. Chop the garlic and take them in the pan too. Add salt, ground pepper, cayenne pepper and black pepper on the chicken. Add the chopped green pepper and finely chopped tomatoes. We boil for 5 minutes. Then we will pour it over the potatoes and continue to bake in the oven. We are preparing bechamel sauce. We fry the butter with the flour. We add the milk. We beat it with a whisk. Add salt and pepper. We grate nutmeg. We make the consistency fluid. Then we pour bechamel sauce on our chicken and potato dish. Grate the cheddar cheese on it. We send it back to the oven.
