San Francisco | Hidden Views of the Golden Gate! 🌉 Walking Fort Mason (Immersive Audio | 4K POV)

Welcome to Part 12 of our San Francisco adventure! It is 8:00 AM on a beautiful Saturday morning, and we are taking a peaceful, immersive walk from the Aquatic Cove up into the historic Fort Mason district. Put on your headphones and enjoy the relaxing ambient sounds of the city waking up. We start by looking out over the bay with crystal-clear views of Alcatraz Island sitting starkly in the middle of the bay before climbing up McDowell Ave through a beautiful canopy of massive, fragrant Eucalyptus and Monterey Pine trees. The highlight of this morning walk is reaching the Blue Jay viewpoint, where we are rewarded with a stunning panorama of the Golden Gate Bridge, the entrance to the bay, the pastel-colored, Mediterranean-style mansions of the wealthy Marina District and the top of the Palace of Fine Arts dome peaking out in the distance. We then wander through The Great Meadow at Fort Mason alongside the locals playing fetch with their dogs, runners hitting the paved paths, and people doing yoga and stretching on the grass before making our way back down to the historic Maritime Garden and the famous Powell-Hyde Cable Car Turntable!
