TVS-SEPTA Broad Street Subway & Trackless Trolley: Wyoming Station

Wyoming Station is your typical cookie-cutter local stop on the B Trai...I mean Broad St Subway but it has a nice little twist to it. It connects to one of 3 Trackless Trolley Lines in the city. The 75 Wyoming Line runs from Arrott El Station to Wayne Junction Regional Rail Station passing this station along the way. This is the ONLY spot where Broad St meets a Trackless Line as the 59 and 66 buses run too far north and east to even touch Broad St. The 75 is also the only line that solely stays within North Philadelphia not crossing into "Northeast" (anything north and east of Cottman Ave). Today is the 100th Anniversary of Trackless Trolley (Trolleybus) operation in Philadelphia. Philadelphia is one of only 4 Trackless Trolley Systems in The United States of America.
