In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, gradually add sugar while whisking continuously , add vegetable oil and milk. Mix properly. 2. In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Combine them together. 3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture in 3 batches. Prepare a smooth batter. Gently fold in the grated squash/pumpkin. Make sure no lumps are present. 4. Boil water for steaming. 5. Grease 6-inch round cake tin, grease and line the bottom with parchment paper. 6. Pour the batter in the prepared cake tin. Steam for 70-75 minutes or bake at 180* C for 60-65 minutes in a preheated oven. 7. Cool cake tin for 15 minutes then turn out onto cooling rack, remove parchment paper and let it cool down completely. 8. Serve and enjoy. Welcome to LPR KITCHEN.
