How to convert Vintage Louis Vuitton Speedy into a crossbody by adding screw back d-rings

This is how you can convert a vintage Louis Vuitton Speedy 25 or Speedy 30 into a crossbody, using all brass screwback d-rings. I bought mine on eBay (both the bag and the brasswear). I paid $102 for a beaten up Speedy 25, cleaned it up, made a zipper pull from leftover canvas from another bag, dyed and sealed the Vachetta black after cleaning and conditioning it, and added $2.99 d-rings with a $6 hole puncher... Now who wants to buy fake bags when you can have a piece of vintage Louis for cheaper :) Happy restoring, peeps!!!
