My AI GPU rental server finally filled up with customers... and almost immediately I discovered a huge problem. The RTX 3070 Founders Edition GPUs started overheating inside the server chassis, fan speeds maxed out, and the entire server became incredibly loud. In this video I troubleshoot the airflow issues, test acoustic panels to reduce server noise, remove drive caddies for better cooling, and discuss whether repasting or deshrouding the GPUs is the next step.
