How to Get Out of Chair Without Effort
In this video I am showing you how to get out of a chair without much effort. As we get older, it gets harder for us to get out a chair, and we may even need someone's assistance. The reason why it gets harder is we lose coordination. Loss of coordination is more responsible for difficulty in this function than loss of muscular strength. We often focus on improving strength, but the biggest change is the ability to shift weight forward to stand from sitting. To improve this function, you will need to improve sequence and timing. Once you improve sequence and timing, you will find that it doesn't take much effort to get out of a chair. I hope you find this helpful.
