【簡単&ヘルシーレシピ】たっぷり大根と鶏と生姜の炊き込みご飯 @料理家・長谷川あかり
In this episode of "New Editor Pira's Things I Don't Know!", we learned some easy and healthy recipes from chef and registered dietitian Akari Hasegawa! The two have actually been friends for a long time, so while we chatted, we ended up making a delicious, easy meal! Please give it a try! ♪ Today's Recipe "Rice with Plenty of Daikon Radish, Chicken, and Ginger" ▼Ingredients (Serves 2) 1 cup (150g) rice 100g ground chicken thigh Just under 10g butter 200g daikon radish 1 long green onion (white part) 1 piece (15g) ginger 1/2 teaspoon salt 200ml water 1 tablespoon cooking sake A pinch of salt Scallions to taste ▼Directions 1. Cut the daikon radish into bite-sized pieces (approximately 1cm cubes). Cut the leeks lengthwise down the center, remove the core and roughly chop. Finely chop the ginger. 2. Melt the butter in a heated frying pan, add the ground chicken and stir-fry over medium heat while breaking it up. 3. Once the chicken has changed color, add the daikon radish, leeks, ginger and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and continue to stir-fry over medium heat. 4. Once the daikon radish has become translucent, reduce the heat to low and add the rice. Once the rice has turned translucent, turn off the heat. 5. Add water, cooking sake and a pinch of salt to the frying pan and smooth the surface. Then cover and heat over medium heat. Once you can hear it bubbling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. If there is not enough water, add 2 tablespoons at a time. After the time has passed, turn off the heat and let it steam for 5 minutes.
