Aside from the player who finishes in first place, the rewards offered seem far too meager to encourage serious investment in the competitive mode. I also discuss the removal of tanks from Battle Royale, a decision made to make the experience more competitive. This is a rather strange choice considering that just a few months ago, the developers explained that vehicles were part of Battlefield's DNA and would remain in the mode. So, was this simply an adjustment to improve balance, or a decision influenced by certain highly followed players? Despite its genuine depth of gameplay and strong competitive potential, Battlefield 6's Battle Royale currently offers almost no reason to play.
