[OP15] EB04 Jewelry Bonney vs. OP11 Luffy | One Piece TCG Locals Round 1

Hey everyone! This is the first round of my most recent One Piece TCG locals and also first one I've won in standard regulation since OP14, in which I played Red/Yellow Jewelry Bonney from EB04. To start this one I face an older and previously tier 0 leader: OP11 Blue/Purple Luffy! Can the new EB04 leader compete against the leader who ruled a meta? Stay until the end to see!
