In 2024 & 2025 New Zealand's Bay of Plenty experienced a Yellowfin Tuna run that rivalled historic stories of what this fishery used to be like 30 years ago. This abundance of bait and meat balling tuna allowed us to get out in a 5 meter Inflatable to catch these world class fish on topwater gear in our own back yard.
