Today we arrive at Bandits Roost Campground in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. As we pull through the gate and turn on to the camping loop, we were impressed by how shady and wooded the campground is. Bandits Roost Campground gives you the feel of being way out in the woods, without being WAY out in the woods! We were booked in to site 98, which as you will see, was a bit tricky at first. While this campground does have a few "unique" sites like the one we were in, we would absolutely stay here again.
