Welcome back to Lemnos 🇬🇷 🤍 In this second part of our journey across one of Greece’s least-touristy islands, we continue exploring the wild and quiet beauty of Lemnos — from ancient ruins overlooking the sea to volcanic landscapes that feel almost otherworldly. Together, we visit the Ancient Theater of Hephaestia, discover remote beaches and salt lakes, wander through tiny villages, and spend slow family days somewhere between adventure and complete relaxation. There are unexpected moments too: a huge snake crossing the road, strong winds at Lake Aliki, cats that completely steal our children’s hearts, and a visit to the surreal Faraklo Geological Park with its golden volcanic rock formations. But this episode also became a quiet reminder of something else. While exploring these incredibly beautiful landscapes, we were confronted with the amount of plastic pollution washing up along the beaches. So instead of only filming, we spent hours collecting rubbish — leave no traces or even better: leave the place cleaner than you found it.
