The Fall of Sunset Shimmer

Sunset Shimmer is a character that needs little introduction. Sunset’s is a fan-favourite whose popularity arguably rivals that of the mane 6, and it’s easy to see why. She has a clear and consistent character arc throughout the Equestria Girls series, from a high school bully to a reformed member of the Humane Seven. In this video, we’ll be peeling back the curtain on Sunset’s life before Canterlot High, and taking a look at the Fall of Sunset Shimmer, a story found in IDW’s 2013 annual (and copies of the mainline Issue #9 from SDCC). It’s a story I haven’t heard much about, and hope to shed more light on with this video.
