Players are cave explorers: speleologists (or "speleos"). While exploring an unknown cave system, the spelunkers fell into a chasm and are now trapped in the subterranean depths. Together, you must find the exit before your lamps run out and you are lost forever in the darkness. You will have to work as a team to quickly begin your exploration and avoid a series of deadly dangers. And worst of all, you suspect you're not alone underground... 📝Objective: Your shared goal is to get as many spelunkers as possible onto an Exit tile before time runs out. The game is played over approximately twenty rounds, determined by the Danger card pile. Each round consists of four phases: Action Phase: The spelunkers take turns acting clockwise. Horror Phase: Each Horror on a Cave tile moves one tile towards the nearest potential victim. Danger Phase: The top card of the Danger card pile is resolved, triggering its negative effects.
