On our fourth day, we set our foot on Prince Edward Island (PEI). After crossing the 12.9-kilometer-long Confederation Bridge, we stopped by Borden-Carleton Gateway Village and Marine Rail Historic Park. Next stop was a picturesque port village, Victoria by the Sea, where we encountered the red sand beach for the first time. And then we had lunch/dinner at Lobster Barn. We ordered Caesar salad + Chicken and the original lobster roll, which was excellent, complemented by tasty house-made mayo. Next, we headed West to Summerside, the second largest city of the province. While driving through rolling hills of farmland, we spotted potato fields from time to time. After arriving in Summerside, we took a stroll along the quiet water front and stopped by Holman's Ice Cream Parlour to enjoy the delicious ultra-premium ice cream. 2023年9月、カナダのニュー ブランズウィック州とプリンス エドワード島を旅行した11日間。旅行四日目、プリンスエドワード島（PEI）に上陸。長さ 12.9 キロメートルのコンフェデレーション橋を渡った後、橋の袂にあるボーデン-カールトン ゲートウェイ ビレッジとマリーン レイル ヒストリカル パークを訪れました。次に、風光明媚な港の村、ビクトリア バイ ザ シーを訪れました。ここで初めて PEI で有名な赤土のビーチを見かけました。ビクトリアで有名なレストランといえば、Lobster Barn。ここで、シーザー サラダとチキンの組み合わせ、オリジナル ロブスター ロールをオーダーしました。ロブスター ロールは自家製のマヨネーズと相まってとても美味しかったです。この後 PEI 第二の都市サマーサイドに向かって西にドライブ。なだらかに広がる農地を抜けるとき、時折ジャガイモ畑が見えました。サマーサイドに着いて静かなウォーターフロントを散策。その後サマーサイドで名の知れた Holman's ice cream Parlour に立ち寄り、ウルトラ プレミアム アイスクリームを堪能しました。 Music from YouTube Audio Library: Top Of The Morning by TrackTribe
