Sébastien Loeb on Rally Finland, flat out on the famous Ouninpohja rally stage. Crazy 126 km/h average speed! Rally car is the Citroën C4 WRC. Loeb was 4th fastest in this stage, and third overall in the rally, beaten only by local Finnish drivers Marcus Grönholm and Mikko Hirvonen. Co Driver is Daniel Elena reading pacenotes in French. Their stage time was 15 minutes 42.2 seconds. At the end of this stage Loeb said ""It's not what I would like. The first part of the test was very slippery and I lost grip in long fast corners. Japan dominated the 1990s with the Mitsubishi Lancer, Subaru Impreza, and Toyota Celica and Toyota Corolla. Toyota returned to the WRC in 2017 with the Toyota Yaris WRC, winning in 2018.
