BOLO DE BRIGADEIRO GELADO, BEM CHOCOLATUDO

Hello everyone. Today I bring you this very chocolatey cake, made with iced brigadeiro. Simple and easy to make, it is ideal for birthday cakes, dessert, or even for a snack. I really hope you like it ❤ 🔴Cake batter (Below, I put the quantity in cups, grams and ml) ➡️3 eggs ➡️1 cup and 1/2 of sugar (270g) ➡️3 tablespoons of butter or margarine ➡️1 cup of milk at room temperature (240ml) ➡️2 cups of wheat flour (240g) ➡️1 cup of chocolate powder (60g) ➡️1 tablespoon of baking powder (10g) 🔵Form used in the recipe: 30x22 and 6cm high 🔵Cup used in the recipe: 240ml 🔵Oven at 180 degrees 🔵Oven time: 40 minutes depending on from the oven 🔴FILLING: ➡️1 and a half cans of condensed milk (395g can) ➡️6 tablespoons of cocoa powder (I used 33% cocoa) ➡️2 boxes of cream (200g each) ➡️1 tablespoon of butter or margarine ➡️100g of chocolate bar (optional) 🔴SYRUP to wet the cake: ➡️I used 150g of condensed milk ➡️for 300ml of water 🔴FLOORING: ➡️250g of chocolate bar (I used half dark chocolate and half milk chocolate) ➡️1 box of cream (200g) ➡️granulated sugar to taste decorate. 🔴NOTE: if you want to make the brigadeiro frosting, you can do it too, just be careful not to make it too sweet. 🔴Final weight of this cake: 2.876kg 🔵I really hope you liked it, see you in the next video ❤❤ #icecreamcake#brigadeirocake#partycake
