The frame has numerous cosmetic issues — chips and areas of missing paint throughout. There's a small impression on the top tube; I sanded that section to inspect it because the paint was cracked and chipped and looked like it could be worse than cosmetic. Good news: the impression itself is minor, roughly 10mm diameter x 2mm shallow — it's not a structural concern, just bare metal showing through where I sanded it clean. The fork has cosmetic chips and dings to match, but it's mechanically sound — no leaks, and the spring has good recoil and damping. BB threads on the frame are clean and ready to go. The derailleur hanger is included; it arrived bent and I straightened it back to true, so it's fully functional.
