Day 5 of weight Loss yoga series | Legs
This is Day 5 of 21 days weight loss yoga series. Today the main focus is on lower body/ legs. We'll be working on our leg muscles - Strength and flexibility. we'll start our practice with Surya namaskar, followed by utkatasan chair pose (repetitions), warrior series, boat pose, shalabhasan, anantasan and others. We'll end our session with guided shavasan and 3 rounds of kapalbhati. Hari Om.
