Turn clockwise to loosen, counter-clockwise to tighten. Get this wrong and you will damage the motor. — The metal impeller disc is sharp. Keep your fingers clear when it is spinning. — Do not tap the outside ring when fitting a new bearing — always tap the inner ring only. — Carbon dust around the filter means the brushes are burning. Check them before assuming the motor is dead. — The aftermarket 1500W motor is more powerful than the original 920W Miele motor. Worth fitting even as a straight upgrade. — When ordering a replacement motor, check the mouldings match your specific C3 model — they can vary internally even when the vacuum looks identical externally. — A burst bag with no filter behind it will destroy the motor with debris. Always replace the filter and check the bag seal properly. 🔍 Miele C3 motor service · Miele C3 burning smell · Miele C3 motor replacement · Miele C3 Powerline motor · how to fix Miele C3 · Miele C3 motor brushes · Miele C3 bearing replacement · Miele vacuum motor repair · Miele C3 Cat and Dog motor · Miele C3 motor NSK 608 You Can Do It — Fix It.
