Yule, the Winter Solstice: A Guide to Celebrations 🌟

Yule is an ancient witchy time of year, 🌟 🦉 🌙 🕯️ The children get overexcited and slightly scared of meeting Old Man Winter (or Father Christmas as he is currently known) and we all indulge in a little too much mistletoe and wine as they say. The winter solstice is a beautiful sabbat, celebrated throughout the world since we began to look to the sun and you can feel this ancient energy as we lead up to this darkest of nights. I like to gather the greenery around me, and I must tell you that Holly is amazing this year, loaded with berries and looking so beautiful in the hedgerows.
