Motorcycle homemade tire changer

Fabricating motorcycle manual tire changer from scratch start-to-finish. I'm using scrap metal pieces I have collected over the years. The only things I bought are the duck head and the drop center tools off of Aliexpress for around 40 bucks. I have wanted this machine for years and now changing tires on my motorcycles is easier than ever. I still need to paint it after some minor adjustments and upgrades but it even works "as is". I ran out of time this week to show painting and other finishing touches on it. I will keep this tool for the foreseeable future in my garage because it makes life so much easier.
