“Please Don’t Leave Me” – The Heartbreaking Plea of the Loneliest Dog! While driving through a rural area, we found a stray dog lying on the roadside near an abandoned factory. He was weak, cold, and starving, with matted fur and sad eyes. We gave him food, comforted him, and he slowly approached us. Seeing his condition, we decided to help. We trimmed nearly 6 kg of tangled, dirty fur from his body at a nearby park, revealing wounds caused by insects living in his coat. We wanted to get him proper medical care, but the closest pet hospital was 3 hours away. A local resident helped us find one, and we took him there. At the hospital, the vet removed the remaining 5 kg of dirty fur, treated his wounds, cleaned his ears, gave him a warm bath, and prescribed medicine for his skin and eyes. The doctor also gave him a warm coat since he had no fur left to keep warm. We camped nearby to care for him and bought all the food and supplies he needed. Each day, we followed the doctor’s instructions, fed him, gave him medicine, and took him for walks. He quickly improved—his fever went down, his wounds started healing, and he gained nearly 4 kg in one week. He grew stronger, friendlier, and became part of our little family. He now smiles, plays with other dogs, and enjoys life. His new fur is growing back, and his health continues to improve.
