My Most Stressful Morning Routine

You Guys.... so I don't normally share a full details about myself on here as I do on facebook. Long story short.... I've developed major anxiety after I ATTRACTED to many of the wrong people in my life, the WRONG mentality over the years along with MANYYY other mental issues that I've dealt/dealing with 7 healing from. I've literally been healing from being afraid of the outside world... outside of my family. However..... For the past few years I've turned over a new leaf..... or so i thought. I'm in a much better place mentally and work on myself daily in order to rebuild what I've lost in myself. I have to often remind myself that everything is ok. Anyway, God has brought me so far but in this video, in my mind everything was going wrong. between what was happening and the MILLION thoughts that runs through my brain... My mind was on overload and sometimes because of that it sometimes makes me go from 0 to 100 real quick and changes how i treat people because the world is crashing down at the point..... In my head . It has absolutely nothing to do with my family bit everything to do with my anxiety.... MEDITATION IN FULL EFFECT
