We're replacing the brake pads and discs on an Opel Zafira B. We unscrew the wheel with a 17mm socket. We use 18mm clamps. We use a hex key for the guides, which can be found in the toolbox. I used LAVR grease, part number LN3528. You can also use TRW (PFG110). It'll take some time, but it's worth it.
