West Papua leader Benny Wenda receives welcome on Ōrākei Marae
A country under the rule of Indonesia has once again turned to Aotearoa for support. Benny Wenda claims crimes committed against the native people of West Papua include inhumane treatment, oppression and genocide. The West Papua independence leader was welcomed to Ōrākei Marae last night. Hania Douglas reports.
