Let's move on to the recipe :) For the Dough: 250g melted butter 1 teaspoon vegetable oil 1 teaspoon yogurt 1 cup sugar 6 cups flour (mixed in small pieces) 2 packages vanilla sugar Spices: 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground cloves 1 teaspoon mahlep (Turkish mahleb) 1 teaspoon allspice 1 teaspoon ground ginger (We use 1 teaspoon of our spice mix in this recipe) For the Topping: crushed walnuts mixed with powdered sugar white sesame seeds Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
